"Super Helpful & Excellent Service"

I have nothing but great things to say about the service! Came to my business that I thought I would have to close on a weekend because I could not find anyone to come out and clean the grease trap. Tom answered the phone and was super helpful understood what I needed, was upfront with pricing and explained what could need to be done. Paul came out and was excellent. Fixed my problem in the morning and I was able to open back up again for lunch and saved my weekend! Thank you so much for your excellent service!

"I Will Use Them Again"

They were the only ones who actually answered the phone. I called on Thursday late afternoon and they were here Friday a.m. It was not an emergency, They called half an hour before and arrived on time. Explained what they were doing and ask questions. Very nice and professional. I will use them again and would recommend them to my friends. Thanks for the good customer service!!

"Thorough, Professional & Prompt"

Sean and his team were excellent! They were thorough, professional, and prompt. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to locate the issue within a short amount of time. They fixed our lift station pump and tested it several times to make sure the system was working properly. They were able to diagnose and fix our problem in one visit (and it was an issue that a competitor had made several visits for without being able to fix the problem). We will certainly use them again for any plumbing or septic needs. We’ve finally found a company we can trust!

"Exceptional Customer Service"

Oh my gosh, what a great company. What a huge help at a time of great need. We had a house full of guests when on a Friday evening the septic system started backing up. We called one of those 24-hour companies that were recommended by a friend but they did not answer. We saw the great reviews of Seacoast Septic & Plumbing on Google and decided to call. Tom picked up the phone immediately and though he could not send someone that same night, Pete did arrive by 9 AM. Pete was exceptional. He knew what was necessary, not only to find and drain the septic tank but help me troubleshoot what was going on inside my house. I don’t think you could ask for anyone better than Pete. The work was done at a very reasonable price with exceptional customer service. On top of that, Tom called to follow up to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. Amazing.

"A Pleasure to Work With"

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My septic overflowed and human waste was all over my floor and in my showers. I called a few companies that couldn’t get out here until the next day. I agreed to wait for a company but decided to call one more and it was meant to be. They came out within the hour (not typical but I got lucky) and the absolute nicest man came out and was so thorough and kind. As I’m freaking out, he kept me comfortable by continuing to tell me he has it under control and not to worry. He was right. He fixed us up in no time! Sean, the owner, was also a pleasure to work with as I called a few times with questions and he only offered as much help as possible with a friendly attitude. Mario, the technician, and Sean, the owner, definitely won my business for life!! So happy!!

"Kind & Conscious"

Had to call in the early evening on a Sunday because my septic was backing up in the house. At first, I scheduled for someone to come the next day, but Sean found someone who was working another job in the area and arranged for them to come that night instead.30 minutes after my initial call, Eddie was at my house. He was incredibly kind and conscious while working, and explained everything as he worked so we knew what he was doing and how our system worked, etc. He ran into numerous issues while working (lid under a thorny bougainvillea bush, another lid screwed on with stripped screws) but never complained. He came to empty our septic but also checked the flow out from the house and cleared a clog in there, and checked the flow to our drain field.Despite the extra work and hassle of the job, he did not try to charge more than we were quoted. Nor did he push unneeded services that many other companies do. Overall he did a great job and we will be relying on Culpepper in the future for our tank maintenance.

"Extremely Pleased"

Tevaris and Pete were absolutely AMAZING. We had a last-minute issue with our septic tank. As new homeowners, we had no clue how often the tank needed to be emptied. 11 pm at night, we called and they showed up the next day, emptied our tanks, and cleaned our pipe system out. Such kind people, we asked SO many questions and they had answers to every single one. EXTREMELY pleased with the service and Tevaris and Pete themselves.
